I tried to charge it but it kept blinking and didn't work. When I was vaping, the liquid entered my throat and made me sick. Unfortunately, the product did not perform well. I purchased the Vuse eTank mini on 11/07/22 in Lewisham Shopping Centre. I am writing the review to express my deep disappointment with Vuse products and service. If you must buy Vuse then save your time and money and travel down to your local shop/garage and buy what you need from there instead. Abysmal delivery service and even worse customer service. At no time during my conversation with the advisor did he ask for my order number or tracking number to investigate any of my issues himself, and instead told me that I have no other option than to wait for the delivery to arrive before any action can be taken. When this was put to the advisor on the phone he refused to expand on his earlier claim, and stated that if I want a refund on the delivery charge that I will have to contact them again once the delivery has taken place, despite the tracking details clearly stating that the delivery is not taking place today, and therefor not being delivered on a next day service. I was browsing the Vuse website at the time and repeated over the phone specifically what is advertised on their website: The below is what is advertised on a banner on their website: "Next Day Delivery available on orders placed Mon-Fri before 8PM." The below is what is shown at checkout when selecting the next day postage option for an additional £5.00: "NEXT DAY DELIVERY (ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 8PM MON-FRI)" Either I was being lied to on the phone, or the next day service is being falsely advertised on their website in multiple places. I was told on the phone by a Vuse advisor that they do not offer next day delivery, and it is advertised as 1-2 day delivery.

I contact Vuse by phone to request a refund for the extra £5.00 delivery charge as the parcel will now arrive at the same time or later than the free standard delivery, or alternatively to cancel the order in full and process a full refund for the order, and liaise with Evri directly in relation to their parcel.
There was no indication as to when the delivery could or would take place on the tracking. I checked the tracking number on Friday morning, and unfortunately the tracking stated that the delivery was delayed and not out for delivery today. I received confirmation that evening that the order had been dispatched for next day delivery, accompanied by the tracking number for the delivery. Purchased an order on a Thursday at 5.21pm for next day delivery service at a cost of an additional £5.00 delivery charge. False claims and falsehoods concerning Next Day DeliveryĪdvertised and charged for next day delivery - Delivery not received next day and as of yet no refund for the extra delivery charge.
